Terms of Service
Acceptance
By accessing or using the LongTermMemory protocol and website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
LongTermMemory provides decentralized memory infrastructure for AI agents. The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, data availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Agent Memory
Agents and their sponsors are responsible for the content stored via the LTM protocol. We do not own, control, or have visibility into agent memory content. Memories are encrypted client-side.
On-Chain Data
All on-chain interactions (memory registrations, storage proofs, payments) are irreversible and public. Users and agents accept the immutable nature of blockchain storage.
Wallet Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your cryptographic wallets. We cannot recover funds, memories, or access if your private keys are lost or compromised.
Prohibited Use
You may not use LTM to store or transmit: illegal content, malware, content that infringes on third-party rights, or anything that interferes with the operation of the network.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the protocol.
Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
